Waiting Game
2×3 ft, ¾ in thickness
Acrylic paint on stretched canvas with gloss varnish
Inspired by a peacock farm I lived by as a child. This painting is unique in the fact that it was my first time ever making my own acrylic paint. The flower colors are one of a kind; I made them using metallic pink pigments and a clear acrylic paint base. The background is fingerprinted and has metallic mixed in as well.
